Hey guys,

It may not always be the right decision to go for it. Surprised to hear me say that, right? For a workaholic like myself, I’m equally surprised to hear me say that, too! Don’t get me wrong, this past year has brought me so many wonderful opportunities, but sometimes you have know when to respectfully decline and say no. I’ve been doing a lot of new things this past year and even in business, I have learned that it’s best to downsize and simplify things, even if that means they move ahead a little slowly.

At the end of the day, personal wellness trumps everything and if you don’t have time for yourself to relax and unwind, you won’t be all that productive anyway. We also have to accept our own limitations and recognize that creating stress for ourselves by doing too much will not result in an exceptional outcome.

That’s why in 2019, my goal is to downsize, simplify, and to actually have and do a little less. Quality over quantity has always been my motto and this year is going to be my time to start living my truth and taking this to the next level of importance in my life.

What are your goals for 2019? I would love to hear about it in the comments below!

As opportunity knocks, don’t always take the bait
So says a very well-known workoholic
Surprised? Even she herself is mate
She is looking for some fun and frolic

It’s best to downsize and simplify things
Even if it means to move ahead slowly
Just hear the carols the chorus sings
In a month that is celeberative and holy
