The new Women Fitness issue is out! I’m so happy I was able to share some of my personal wellness mantras with you and how I manage to stay fit while having multiple projects going on! Have you grabbed your copy yet?

But since you’re already here reading this, I’ll give you a quick sum up of what I believe is true wellness – because to me, fitness one part of an overall healthy lifestyle, not just a crash diet!

I really think that fitness starts on the inside and eventually shows its results on the outside. What do I mean by that? Simply put, we must be kind to ourselves in all aspects! Make healthy choices by eating organic, homemade food rich with proteins, fruits and veggies as much as possible, sleeping 8 hours a night, and finding the type of physical activity that YOU enjoy doing so you are motivated to keep up with it. For me, it’s pilates and yoga but hey, for you it may be going for a run on the beach or attending a fun dance class! Whatever it is, if it makes you happy on the inside, you’ll be glowing on the outside.

One thing is for sure – fitness is a complete lifestyle choice that involves your mind, body, and soul! It’s no longer just about food and exercise and if every now and then you want to indulge in your favourite dessert, don’t feel guilty about it or punish yourself! Enjoy it wholeheartedly and celebrate your victories. At the end of the day, a great physique is the result of good decisions and consistency!
